Three editions of GITEX Global, from the stand to the story
Stand design, activations and launch content for exhibitors at GITEX Global 2024 and 2025 at Dubai World Trade Centre, with the 2026 edition at Expo City Dubai confirmed.

The brief
GITEX Global is the largest technology exhibition in the world, and the hardest place to be noticed. In 2024 it brought together over 6,500 exhibitors, 1,800 startups and 1,200 investors from more than 180 countries across 40-plus halls at Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Harbour. In 2025 it grew again, to more than 6,800 exhibitors and 2,000 startups, opened by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Our exhibitor clients had the same problem every year: a few days, a few square metres and tens of thousands of people walking past. The brief was to make each stand a place people stop, and to leave the week with content and leads, not only a photo of the booth.
What we did
We treated every stand as a small campaign with a before, a during and an after. Before the show: stand design that puts one idea in front, not a product catalogue, and a pre-show outreach plan to book meetings for the week. During: live activations built for a crowd that moves fast, from product demonstrations on a fixed schedule to guided tours for delegations, with a content crew capturing short vertical video on the floor every day. After: a launch and follow-up sequence that turns the scans and conversations into pipeline within the first two weeks.
We produced across the 2024 and 2025 editions, and the 2026 edition, the first at Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai on 7 to 11 December, is confirmed.
The result
Each client left GITEX with a stand that was photographed, a content library from the floor and a follow-up plan already running. The numbers belong to our clients, so we do not publish them here. Ask us for a walkthrough and we will show the work in person.
